How to design a beautiful garment?

Step 1- Choose your garment
Choose the style of garment (i.e.hoodie,zip-up,satin jacket, fashion tote.....)
Choose the size of garment (i.e.small,medium....)
Choose the color of garment (i.e.red,charcoal,navy....)

Step 2- Letters

Choose the Foreground Fabric- top layer of letters (i.e.twill, metallic twill,furry,luxury, plaid....)

What are the details for creating custom artwork?

We can create your custom artwork; however, the price will depend upon the design and its complexity. We will be happy to give you an estimate. The art work will be kept on file for future use and no fee will be required for the usage of same artwork in the future.

Where can I find something I don’t see on your website but I know you carry?

We have made all efforts to include the majority of items Rochie’s offer for sale on our website that we offer at our retail location. However, if you still can’t find your favorite item online please feel free to contact us via email support@rochies.com or call (818) 775-1622. Thank you!

Do you sell Caps and Gowns for graduation?

We sell Graduation sashes and numerous gifts for the graduate and family and now by popular demand we will be selling caps and gowns as well! Please call (818)775-1622 to place your order for these items.

Do you offer Private Parties?

We offer Paddle Parties and Sweatshirt Parties where large groups can come in to our store and with our expert help design their paddles and/or sweatshirts at the same time. There is no charge for these parties. They are offered after regular store hours. Previous appointments are necessary. Minimum purchase is required; inquire about this when making your personal appointment.

Can I bring my own fabric or garment?

Yes you may bring in/send in your own material or item if you wish. Please call Customer Care for some tips before you do so.

Shipping

Can my order be shipped?

Yes, it can be shipped! Shipping is not included in the price, so it will cost extra. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What is the cost of a rush order?

Rush Order prices vary based on the product and how quickly you need it. Rochie’s Rush Order Fee is to expedite your order timeline at our facility. For faster shipping refer to shipping methods. Contact us by phone to discuss rush orders at (818) 775-1622

What is the average turnaround time for an order? Why does it take as long as it does?

After placing your order, you will receive a final turn around time for your particular order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment leaving our facility. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability and expected turnaround time for each item.

The turnaround time depends on what you are ordering! Basic embroidery may take just a few days. On Average letters take about 10-14 Business Days. Custom made jackets take anywhere between 3-8 weeks depending on the backlog of the jacket manufacturer. No matter what you are ordering, you will always receive a realistic expected due date from Rochie’s up front.

Why should I create a log in?

This will help us to keep track of your order and shipping information as well as providing access to your Wish List!

Please create an account by clicking the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. At this time we are shipping to the United Stated and Canada. Other countries might be able by special arrangements.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact customer care within 72 hours of receiving the product. Time is of the essence, so please don’t delay!

What are the payment methods? Can I pay over the phone?

In person, we accept cash, debit cards and credit cards:

Yes, you may pay over the phone by debit or credit card.

Online, during the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not start your order until we receive payment from you.

Can I pay now or when I pick up my order? Do I need to put down a deposit?

For personal orders the total balance needs to be paid in full before we can process the order. To accommodate larger chapter orders we might be able to figure out a minimum deposit and another payment. This option is totally at our discretion and it is reviewed case by case.

How can I get a discount or promo code? What about a Gift Card?

Check our website or our Facebook page for fliers of Rochie’s latest deals and promotions. If you are part of our insider newsletters you would be receiving them by email.

What is Rochie’s Cancelation Policy?

Please take care to pay attention to the details of your desired customization prior to placing your orders. Pay attention to colors, sizes, letters and all other aspects. Rochie’s is a custom boutique manufacturer with numerous orders at any given time. Every minute is valuable since we know how excited you can be to receive your merchandise. The process of completing your order starts the moment your order is placed. Once an order is placed there is no cancelation.

What is Rochie’s Return Policy?

Please note all custom products/special orders/ or direct drop shipped* items from a different manufacturer are final sales. Please choose your size, color, spelling and any other customization very carefully. All efforts have been made to ensure the product you have ordered and received exceeds your expectations. We will gladly rectify any issues you may have with your new purchase if it is due to our mistake.

At Rochie’s we love our clients and want to help you even if you have made a mistake, as long as it is reasonable and possible. Therefore for items that are still in their original condition and unused we will take them back! All non-custom/non special order/ or non drop shipped* items incur a 50% restocking fee. You are responsible for your own shipping and insurance charges**. Please contact customer care for more information on returning an item and obtaining an authorization code.

*Direct drop shipped items are items that we do not stock or produce in house. These are products such as lavaliers or custom made garments that we order directly from the manufacturer. ** In transit, things can happen due to the shipping company’s handling that neither Rochie’s nor you can foresee. Therefore it is strongly recommended that you insure anything you are sending back to protect your shipment.
